Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, a dynamic entrepreneur from a reputed business family in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh, holds degrees in B.Com, LL.B., and M.B.A. He began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16, joining his family's cotton ginning business with dedication and vision. In 1988, driven by his passion for innovation, he established Shree Balaji Industries, marking his entry into polymer pipe manufacturing. Over the years, he expanded operations through multiple units and in 2008, transformed the venture into Texmo Pipes and Products Limited (TPPL) — a BSE and NSE listed company with over 17,000 shareholders. Under his leadership, TPPL has grown to a nationwide network of over 1200 distributors and is a trusted supplier to major corporates like Reliance, L&T, Tata Power, Siemens, and BSNL. Mr. Agrawal's core philosophy centers around customer satisfaction, quality, and inclusive growth for all stakeholders.
SMT. RASHMI DEVI AGRAWAL
CHAIRPERSON & WHOLE TIME PROMOTER DIRECTOR
Aged about 53 years is the Chairperson and Whole Time Director of the Company. She is one of the Promoters of the company. She is an Arts graduate from Nagpur University, and having more than 22 years of rich experience in the field of forming the policies relating to Marketing and Human Resource Development. She also holds Directorship in one of our Subsidiary Company M/s Texmo Petrochemicals Private limited since 2012 and also holds Director in our promoter group company named M/s Shree Padmavati Irrigations Private Limited since 1998. She is also a partner in our promoter group entities, Shree Balaji Industries and Shree Venkateshindustries.
MR. VIJAY PRASAD PAPPU
WHOLE TIME DIRECTOR CUM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Aged about 61 years is the Director of the Company since incorporation and he is also Cheif Financial Officer of the Company . He has more than 33 years of experience in factory operations. He completed his Bachelor of Science from University of Indore in the year 1979. He completed his Master of Arts in Social Works from University of Indore in the year 1982. He began his career with National Textile Corporation M.P. Limited, a Government of India Undertaking, Ministry of Textiles in the year 1985 as Trainee Executive. In the year 1996, he joined Shree Venkatesh Industries and on 3 July 2008 he has been shifted to our Company. He is now supervising the entire factory operations and matters relating to corporate affairs and the finance functions of the company.
MR. ABDUL QUADER MOTORWALA
NON EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Abdul Quader Motorwala is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He also holds Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya and is practising in the field of taxation, accountancy and finance since the year 2012. He is presently leading the Firm M/s. Abdul Quader & Associates in the capacity of proprietor. He holds experience in the respective fields of Audits, Consultancy, Due Diligence Reports, Opinions, Company Law Matters, Secretarial Matters, Income-Tax, Sales-Tax, VAT, GST, DTC, Service-Tax Outsourcing, Accounting, E-Services of Income Tax & MCA21, Statutory & Tax Audits of Companies, Banks, Firms, Individuals, Societies, Trusts etc. He holds vast experience of audit of Bank and other Audits. He deals and has expertise in Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit and Statutory Audit of Banks, Companies, Govt. Undertakings, Primary Agriculture Credit Society and Stock Audit. He has over 10 years of experience in the related field.
DR. SMITA HAJARI
NON EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Dr. Smita Hajari aged 41 years is presently working as a Principal and Head of MBA Department in the Thakur Shivkumar Singh Memorial Management College, Burhanpur. Prior to this College she has worked with MAIPS College, Burhanpur as Academic Incharge. She had also worked as a Manager H.R. for one and half year in our Company Texmo Pipes and Products Limited. She was indulged in drafting of various legal documentation and HR Policies during the initial IPO procedure. She is in the field of education since the year 2002. She also holds CSR Committee, Risk Management Committee of the existing institution. She also actively participates in various Industrial relation programmes conducted by various Companies/institutions. She holds degree of Masters in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Jiwaji Gwalior and governs Ph.D. degree from same University. She has over 18 years of experience in the related field. She also holds expertise in industrial policy, industrial administration and planning and corporate management.
MR. PARVEZ ANJUM
NON EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Mr. Parvez Anjum aged 45 years holds the degree of MBA and is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company. He has an overall academic and industrial experience of more than 11 years in the area of marketing, operations, business development, and other corporate functions.
